What you’ll contribute:
- Collaborate with LATAM region to create and maintain business plans that have clear and measurable targets. Develop senior-level presentations for the short-term and long-range plans.
- Support strategic planning process in light of the regional objectives.
- Support the execution of the regional business plan and track and report current year progress.
- Support all regional activity associated with new market and new LOB development.
- Develop financial projections to estimate market size, revenue projections, P&L projections and investment requirements for new projects
- Support M&A and partnership processes across the region.
- Conduct industry research to understand market trends and competitive landscape and translate findings into presentations and memos for the leadership team
- Execute ad hoc strategic analysis for leadership team. Gather competitive intelligence on an ongoing basis, monitor strategy, and predict competitive response for key competitors.
- Build content to support a variety of Strategy and M&A process components and other high-visibility, high-stakes materials involving C-suite internal stakeholders.
- Support leadership team in key initiatives across the organization: prepare presentations for leadership team, research, financial analysis, among others.
- Develop ongoing reports: Macro, Board of Directors, results.
- Support project management of different initiatives across the region.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Business or other related discipline.
- Ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience in a top-tier Consulting organization, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
- Must have business planning experience along with strong facilitation skills.
- Must be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and the Office Suite of applications. Think-Cell knowledge is a plus.
- Must be 100% fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment.
- Good project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables.
- Sound business judgment and excellent problem solving and influencing skills.
- Proficient financial, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts in order to assess implications to drive actions and to capitalize on opportunities.
- Team worker; excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in providing crisp, insightful information to executive teams.
Impact you’ll make:
Supports the LATAM regional business planning process, ongoing planning activities and LATAM strategy execution. Collaborates with the leadership team to facilitate and support planning sessions and business strategy execution. Plans and develops long-term goals and short-term objectives. Supports execution of regional business plans, key initiatives, M&A and partnership processes. Tracks competition and identifies threats or opportunities. Reports progress and analyzes issues that affect productivity, profitability, and growth for the region.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
