Job Summary

The Analyst, Strategic Planning will collaborate with the LATAM region to create and maintain business plans with clear, measurable objectives. Responsibilities include developing high-level presentations for strategic plans, supporting the strategic planning process, and assisting in the execution of regional business plans. The analyst will track progress, support new market and LOB development, and perform financial projections for new projects. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of two days a week in the office.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Experience in business planning and strong facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office suite
- 100% fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently or in a dynamic team
- Good project management skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong business judgment and excellent influencing and problem-solving skills
- Competent financial, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to quickly understand industry and company-wide concepts
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel at least 10% of the time

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or other related discipline
- The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a top-tier consulting organization, investment banking or private equity.
- Must have experience in business planning along with strong facilitation skills.
- Must be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and the Office suite of applications. Knowledge of Think-Cell is a plus.
- Must be 100% fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment.
- Good project management skills and strong attention to detail; comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables.

Impact You'll Make:
- Collaborate with the LATAM region to create and maintain business plans that have clear and measurable objectives.
- Develop high-level presentations for short-term and long-term plans.
- Support the strategic planning process in light of regional objectives.
- Support the execution of the regional business plan and track and report current year progress.
- Support all regional activity associated with new market and new LOB development.
- Develop financial projections to estimate market size, revenue projections, profit and loss projections and investment requirements for new projects.
- Support partnership and mergers and acquisitions processes throughout the region.
- Conduct industry research to understand market trends and the competitive landscape and translate findings into presentations and memos for the leadership team.
- Industrial engineer with a specialization in finance and organizations.
- Execute ad hoc strategic analysis for the leadership team. Gather competitive intelligence on an ongoing basis, monitor strategy and predict competitive response from key competitors.
- Create content to support a variety of strategy and M&A process components and other high-visibility, high-importance materials involving C-suite internal stakeholders.
- Support the leadership team on key initiatives across the organization: prepare presentations for the leadership team, research, financial analysis, among others.
- Develop ongoing reports: Macro, Board of Directors, results.
- Lead project management of different initiatives in the region.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
