As an Inside Account Manager at TransUnion, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing sales strategies for high-potential clients, ensuring revenue targets are met and key relationships are strengthened. You will serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts, identifying transformative business opportunities and collaborating with experts to deliver high-impact solutions. Must Have
- Degree in administrative, financial or related areas
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the financial sector
- Solid knowledge in credit reports and financial risk management
- Experience in strategic account management and consultative sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish
Good to Have
- Complementary studies in commercial management or financial risk
- Intermediate or higher English level
- Experience in loan, credit or B2B solutions

What You'll Bring:
- Professional degree in administrative, financial or related areas, with complementary studies in commercial management or financial risk as added value.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the financial sector, preferably in solutions oriented to loan, credit or B2B businesses, with a proven track record in achieving commercial objectives.
- Solid knowledge in credit reports, financial risk management and strategic account management, applying consultative sales methodologies and commercial pipeline administration.
- Outstanding skills in project management, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish, with a desirable English level (intermediate or higher) for interaction with clients and global teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM and digital platforms oriented to commercial management.
- Strategic focus, solid professional ethics, critical thinking, influencing ability and effective problem solving, with high results orientation and proactivity to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Impact You'll Make:
- Meet and exceed annual revenue targets through strategic management of a portfolio of key clients, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring rigorous follow-up of opportunities and the preparation of accurate forecasts for decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in strategic accounts, positioning yourself as a reliable partner and value generator.
- Detect incremental and transformative business opportunities, anticipating market trends and proposing innovative solutions that drive client competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary internal teams (product, marketing, operations and analytics) to design and close complex deals that respond to specific needs.
- Act as a commercial reference within the team, sharing best practices, effective methodologies and contributing to the development of consulting capabilities in other members.
- Apply consultative sales methodologies, demonstrating deep knowledge of the financial sector, its regulations, challenges and opportunities, to offer comprehensive and differentiated solutions.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
