Growe is looking for an Analytics Team Lead to lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team. The role involves designing and implementing end-to-end analytical solutions to drive business decisions across all departments. The Team Lead will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders and executive leadership, presenting insights and recommendations. Responsibilities include building and scaling data processes, analytical frameworks, and reporting systems to support data-informed decision-making. This position requires at least 1 year of experience leading an analyst team and 4 years of analytical expertise, with advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau.

  • At least 4 years of analytical expertise;

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau is preferred);

  • Track record of delivering impactful analytical solutions across departments;

  • Experience building and scaling analytical processes and team capabilities;

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including work with top management;

  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset;

  • Solid understanding of data infrastructure, ETL, and business metrics;

  • At least an Upper-Intermediate English level.
