Summary

This is an Animator position located in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan. Responsibilities include in-game and cutscene animation production using software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Softimage. Experience with keyframe animation is required, and game completion experience is preferred but not mandatory for new graduates or those with limited industry experience. Desirable skills include motion capture data processing, hand-key animation, facial animation, and rigging. The role involves creating animations for various elements, including characters, vehicles, and creatures. Eligibility

  • Those who have practical experience of doing keyframe animation with Maya, 3ds Max, Softimage, etc.
  • Game completion experience for at least one title as an animator

For new graduates, there is no need to meet all of the eligibility requirements. 
For those with no experience in the industry, it is not necessary to meet all of the eligibility requirements, but please appeal mainly with your abilities to compensate for this. 

Desirable experiences, etc. (not required)

  • Those who have experience in making motions for cutscenes and can express the fine movements of the human body
  • Those who can produce in-game motions that are processed via motion capture data. 
  • Those who are good at hand-key animation. 
  • Experience creating game animations using Maya
  • Experience with using Motion Builder
  • Knowledge and experience in producing a wide range of animations of people as well as vehicles, machines, monsters, etc.
  • Experience in facial animation
  • Rigging experience and knowledge
  • Experience in modifying and adjusting motion capture data
