Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Archive Assistant to join its Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing the physical storage and retrieval of confidential client records, ensuring strict adherence to security and compliance protocols, and maintaining high inventory accuracy in documentation centers.
Must Have
- Execute daily processes for safe and accurate reception, storage, and retrieval of client documents and media.
- Collaborate with local operations teams and management to efficiently meet daily service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with all security standards, norms, and regulations for handling sensitive information.
- Strong knowledge in inventory control, security procedures, and physical security best practices.
- Proven ability in physical effort, reliable task execution, and high attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ensure compliance with all Iron Mountain security standards, norms, and regulations for handling sensitive information, prioritizing the clarity of these responsibilities.
