This temporary B2B Sales role focuses on maximizing sales in the home furnishing business, acting as a knowledgeable expert for the team. Responsibilities include understanding product ranges, local markets, and digital tools, while supporting IKEA's sales system and contributing to the store's four key tasks: efficient sales, inspiring home furnishing solutions, specialist advice, and adaptable customer options.

Job Description
Maximize sales in the assigned HFB (home furnishing business) and be a source of knowledge and experience for the team. Thoroughly understand the product range, local market, customers, store layout, IKEA digital tools, and the experience and knowledge of colleagues. Support the efficiency of IKEA's mechanical sales system to ensure continuous execution and success of the IKEA Concept. You must contribute to fulfilling the four tasks of the IKEA store:
- Act as a highly efficient sales element
- Display home furnishing solutions with inspiring ideas.
- Serve as a qualified home furnishing specialist.
- Offer adaptable options for customers
