Job Summary

WPIX is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join their team. This role involves collaborating with sales to develop custom advertiser solutions, assisting in executing marketing client campaigns, preparing performance materials, presenting to clients, and qualifying appointments. The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about the advertising industry, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses.

Must Have

  • Collaborate with sales team members to develop custom advertiser solutions/marketing presentations.
  • Assist in executing marketing client campaigns from start to finish.
  • Prepare materials for campaign proof of performances utilizing PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Present alongside a team of account executives and management on client meetings.
  • Qualify and set up appointments for the account executive team.
  • Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Problem-solving and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Ability to assess needs of clients & team members.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and self-starting work ethic.
  • Clear and concise written and presentation communication skills.
  • Understanding of social media and digital platforms.
  • Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn industry-specific software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate to differentiate us in the marketplace by working with sales

team members to develop custom advertiser solutions/marketing

presentations.

  • Assist in executing marketing client campaigns in all facets from start

to finish, including communication directly with customers to optimize

campaign execution.

  • Prepare materials for campaign proof of performances utilizing PowerPoint,

Excel.

  • Present alongside a team of account executives and management on client

meetings.

  • Qualify and set up appointments for the account executive team

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Problem-solving and deductive reasoning are required to accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to assess needs of clients & team members to meet the needs of

the business
