Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and creative Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver an exceptional beverage experience. The role requires a dynamic leader who combines strong operational skills with innovative mixology and a flair for guest engagement. Responsibilities include curating beverage menus, managing daily operations, leading and training the bar team, engaging with guests, and managing beverage costs to contribute to F&B profitability.

- Ensure smooth daily bar operations, including inventory, cost control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

- Engage with guests to create memorable experiences.
- Manage beverage costs and contribute to overall F&B strategy and profitability.
- College Diploma in Hotel, Event Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or F&B leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, wines, and spirits.
- Passion for hospitality, creativity, leadership, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication, organizational, guest service, and sales skills.
- Eye for detail with a focus on operational excellence.
- Fluency in English and Khmer.
