This role is for a highly talented individual to join the Grandes Clientes (Risk Management) team in the Barcelona office, primarily focused on customer service and business development. Responsibilities include managing the client portfolio and international insurance programs, communicating and coordinating with the network of offices, monitoring premium flows, interacting with insurers, assisting in the drafting of reports, making presentations, and supporting business development activities for key clients. The role involves interaction with clients and insurers, document review, and support in renewal processes, requiring initiative, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills. Must have:
  • Degree or Double Degree (Law/ADE or similar)
  • High level of English proficiency

Estamos buscando a una persona con gran talento para hacer prácticas uniéndose al equipo de Grandes Clientes (Risk Management) en la oficina de Barcelona que estará focalizada principalmente en las áreas de servicio a clientes, así como en tareas comerciales de Desarrollo de Negocio, como apoyo al equipo
Contaremos contigo para:
•    Gestión de la cartera de clientes y de sus programas internacionales de seguros.
•    Comunicación y coordinación con nuestra red de oficinas para la puesta en marcha de los programas.
•    Seguimiento de flujos de primas
•    Interlocución con aseguradoras para la gestión de los programas de seguros de nuestros clientes.
•    Colaboración en la redacción de informes de respuestas de concursos y renovaciones.
•    Realización de presentaciones.
•    Apoyo a las labores y funciones de desarrollo de negocio del segmento de Grandes Clientes.
•    Relación con clientes y aseguradoras.
•    Revisión documental (contratos de seguros, certificados, suplementos,etc.)
•    Apoyo en los procesos de renovación (recolección y análisis de datos)
Lo que necesitas tener:
•    Grado o doble Grado (Derecho/ADE o similar). Se valorarán estudios de postgrado.
•    Nivel alto de inglés.
•    Dominio paquete Office (Outlook, Excel y PowerPoint), especialmente Excel y ppt.
•    Tener iniciativa y un sentido alto de la responsabilidad.
•    Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
•    Capacidad para priorizar actividades teniendo múltiples tareas y lograr llevarlas a término en los plazos previstos.
•    Habilidades interpersonales para comunicarse con clientes y diferentes equipos de la compañía.
•    Dinamismo, proactividad y ganas de aprender.
•    Capacidad innovación.
•    Capacidad analítica.
