Job Summary

The Workforce Administration (WFA) team ensures consistent, effective, and compliant management of employee data, processes, and services throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes retaining and overseeing outsourced HR administration, owning related processes, and managing global data. This role focuses on executing benefits administration for one or more countries in the APAC region, collaborating with the CoE, and ensuring excellent employee experience. The specialist will handle benefits enrollment, changes, communications, eligibility tracking, policy updates, complex queries, and assist with vendor management.

Must Have

  • Benefits enrolment and changes, for the supported countries
  • Coordinate employee communications related to benefits
  • Eligibility monitoring and tracking
  • Support policy updates and maintenance
  • Act as an SME internally and for the service providers
  • Handle complex benefits queries and / or escalations
  • Assist with benefit vendors management and communications, including during renewals
  • 3-4 years of Operational experience supporting different markets (HR, Benefits or Total Rewards), at least one of it with Benefits administration
  • Solid understanding of benefits administration, preferably in more than one APAC location
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Sheets

Good to Have

  • Other local languages will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow will be an advantage
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity

Job Description

Position Overview:The Workforce Administration (WFA) team ensures consistent, effective, and compliant management of employee data, processes, and services throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes retaining and overseeing outsourced HR administration, owning related processes, and managing global data. All these efforts are designed to support employees, enable HR functions, and maintain global standards.The main purpose of the role is to execute the benefits administration for one or more countries in the region, collaborate with the CoE and ensure excellent employee experience in the supported area.
