Job Summary
Ceragon's IT department is seeking a skilled and motivated BI Data Analyst & Project Manager to join its BI Team. This role is pivotal for a strategic project to migrate to Oracle Fusion system by 2026, ensuring all reports and dashboards are fully operational for business continuity and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end BI projects, manage timelines, collaborate with business leaders and technical teams, ensure data quality, and stay updated on emerging BI tools and technologies.
Must Have
- Lead end-to-end BI projects from requirements analysis to implementation of reports and dashboards
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and scope for on-time, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, senior leadership, and technical teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and business units
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a BI Data Analyst/Project Manager in a large organization
- Proven experience leading end-to-end BI projects
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with DWH and complex data models
- Experience designing and implementing BI solutions
- Familiarity with ETL & BI tools
- Track record of working closely with business stakeholders and development teams

Our IT department at Ceragon is seeking for a skilled and motivated BI Data Analyst & Project Manager to join our BI Team.
In 2026, Ceragon will embark on a strategic project to migrate to Oracle Fusion system as part of our journey to cloud.
BI team plays a significant and essential role in this project, as upon go-live, all reports and dashboards must be fully operational to ensure business continuity and enable the company to continue making data-driven decisions. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in driving data-driven decision-making across the company, working closely with business leaders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end BI projects - from requirements analysis, data modeling, source-to-target mapping to the implementation of impactful reports & dashboards.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and scope to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, senior leadership (including C-level executives) and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable and actionable data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and business units.
- Stay updated on emerging BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
