Must Have

• Lead end-to-end BI projects from requirements analysis to implementation of reports and dashboards
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and scope for on-time, high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, senior leadership, and technical teams to translate business needs into data solutions
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and business units
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a BI Data Analyst/Project Manager in a large organization
• Proven experience leading end-to-end BI projects
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with DWH and complex data models
• Experience designing and implementing BI solutions
• Familiarity with ETL & BI tools
• Track record of working closely with business stakeholders and development teams

BI team plays a significant and essential role in this project, as upon go-live, all reports and dashboards must be fully operational to ensure business continuity and enable the company to continue making data-driven decisions. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in driving data-driven decision-making across the company, working closely with business leaders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end BI projects - from requirements analysis, data modeling, source-to-target mapping to the implementation of impactful reports & dashboards.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and scope to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, senior leadership (including C-level executives) and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable and actionable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and business units.
