Job Description

Binance is seeking an Operations professional for its Dubai Accelerator Program. This role involves using data for analysis and reporting, managing process enhancements, and monitoring their effectiveness. You will collaborate with Product Managers to provide business requirements for product optimization and present findings and recommendations to operational teams and executives. The position supports daily operations and fosters a data-driven culture in a fast-paced industry where time to market is crucial.

Past internship experiences in projects contribution / involvement.
Thinks outside the box, data driven, self starter.
Graduates / Undergraduates from Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant fields.

Must Have:

Provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations using data.
Manage process enhancements and monitor their effectiveness.
Collaborate with PMs and provide business requirements for product optimization.
Support day-to-day operations and promote data-driven decision-making.
Strong financial and economics knowledge.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
Strong ethical standards, integrity, dedication, and passion.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
Strong research, writing, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude.
Fluency in English.

Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues
Strong ethical standards and integrity, with dedication and passion for the organization
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions, often under minimal supervision
Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude
Graduates / Undergraduates from disciplines such as Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields
Fluency in English
