This Board and Corporate Legal Support Paralegal position at Google requires 5+ years of experience in a law firm, government, or in-house legal department, supporting board members and executives. Job Details
Minimum qualifications:

Responsibilities
- Provide support for the Alphabet Board of Directors meetings by managing their schedules and meetings, acting as a primary contact point, and ensuring meeting preparation and execution, including logistics, presentations, and administrative requests.
- Assist with Alphabet’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including Section 16 filings, Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy statements.
- Support Alphabet’s compliance and training activities related to various corporate policies and activities, including the Policy Against Insider Trading and 10b5-1 Trading Plans.
- Assist with the due diligence requests from independent auditors and in connection with ongoing litigation requests.
