Business Analyst I – Contract

Sabre is seeking a Business Analyst I (Contract) to join their global Lodging, Ground and Sea (LGS) team. This role involves supporting business operations by gathering and analyzing data, documenting requirements, and identifying process improvements. It's a foundational contract role offering experience in a dynamic, global environment, collaborating across teams, and contributing to key LGS initiatives. Ideal for building core analytical and business skills in travel technology.

Must Have

• Support requirements gathering and documentation for LGS-related projects and initiatives
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards and presentations that inform decision-making
• Participate in testing and validation of systems or process changes
• Collaborate with IT, operations and finance teams to support solution delivery
• Up to 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations or a support role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset

Work duration

This is a full-time contract role with an initial duration of 12 months. Extensions may be considered based on business needs and performance.
