Must Have

- Participate in testing and validation of systems or process changes
- Collaborate with IT, operations and finance teams to support solution delivery
- Up to 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations or a support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset

Responsibilities

Work duration
This is a full-time contract role with an initial duration of 12 months. Extensions may be considered based on business needs and performance.
