We are hiring a sales professional for our Amman, Jordan office to drive new business in the Middle East. You'll work with Target Account Sales Executives (TASEs) on specific accounts, using market intelligence, social media, marketing campaigns, and self-motivation to find new projects. You'll conduct your own research with full manager support and engage with management across EMEA. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be measured on quarterly pipeline generation handed over to TASEs. You'll gain software industry knowledge, receive training from sales coaches, and manage your own inside business with exposure to all management levels and a great office atmosphere.
Must have:
  • Manage and nurture a queue of leads to become sales accepted leads.
  • Identify and qualify top opportunities, being the first contact with potential customers before handover to TASE.
  • Listen to prospects' needs and determine mutual fit with Autodesk.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, operations, and product to streamline application and process efficiency.
  • Follow and update best-practice documentation to promote best practices.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in industry sales with a proven track record.
  • Proven experience selling similar solutions.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and Arabic.
  • Engineering background required.
  • Strong desire to work in technology sales.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and balance multiple sales opportunities.
  • Drive to continually improve sales skills through coaching and self-learning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 Years experience within industry sales with a proven track record of success
  • Proven experience in selling similar solutions and preferably Autodesk solutions
  • Fluent in written and verbal English + Arabic
  • Engineering background
  • Strong desire to be in technology sales
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and experience balancing multiple sales opportunities
  • Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on the job coaching and self-learning
