This role is for a strategic and collaborative Enablement Business Partner for Global Channel Sales, serving as a bridge between the Global Channel Sales organization and the Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME) team. The individual will align enablement efforts with global channel priorities, ensuring partners are equipped to drive mutual growth. Responsibilities include fostering cross-functional alignment, clarifying roles, supporting partner value messaging, gathering feedback, and ensuring effective landing of new initiatives with partners.
Must have:
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of Global Channel Sales strategy
  • Act as primary liaison between GTME and Global Channel Sales
  • Build strong relationships with Channel Leadership, Partner Programs, Sales Operations, and Partner Marketing
  • Partner with GTME stakeholders to define and align on roles and responsibilities
  • Support development and enablement of content and messaging for partners
  • Serve as the voice of the partner-facing field within GTME
  • Gather ongoing feedback and surface enablement gaps
  • Influence GTME roadmaps based on partner needs and field insights
  • Ensure new initiatives are effectively landed with and through partners
  • Provide guidance on timing, format, and delivery for maximum impact
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner/channel programs, sales operations, or GTM strategy
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales and partner/channel ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution
  • Experience developing and driving adoption of enablement programs
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global environments
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to influence without authority

Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and business-minded Enablement Business Partner – Global Channel to serve as the key bridge between Autodesk’s Global Channel Sales organization and the Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME) team. In this role, you will align enablement efforts to the core priorities of our global channel ecosystem, ensuring our partners are equipped, empowered, and engaged in driving mutual growth.

This individual will be responsible for fostering strong cross-functional alignment, clarifying roles and responsibilities across internal and partner-facing teams, and ensuring partners understand the value of doing business with Autodesk—across solutions, programs, and strategic motions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement Strategy Alignment

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Global Channel Sales strategy, key initiatives, and partner segments to ensure GTME enablement efforts are aligned and prioritized accordingly

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

Act as the primary liaison between GTME and Global Channel Sales, building strong relationships with Channel Leadership, Partner Programs, Sales Operations, and Partner Marketing to ensure enablement programs are relevant and actionable

  • Role Clarity & Accountability

Partner with GTME stakeholders to define and align on roles and responsibilities between Autodesk and channel teams, helping to eliminate duplication, clarify ownership, and streamline execution

  • Partner Value Messaging

Support the development and enablement of content and messaging that helps partners understand Autodesk’s differentiated value proposition, strategic direction, and how to grow with Autodesk

  • Feedback Loop & Needs Assessment

Serve as the voice of the partner-facing field within GTME by gathering ongoing feedback, surfacing enablement gaps, and influencing GTME roadmaps based on partner needs and field insights

  • Program Landing & Field Readiness

Ensure new initiatives (e.g., sales plays, solution launches, platform transformations) are effectively landed with and through our partners—providing guidance on timing, format, and delivery for maximum impact

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner/channel programs, sales operations, or GTM strategy
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales and partner/channel ecosystems (SaaS, software, or tech industry preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution
  • Experience developing and driving adoption of enablement programs across distributed, matrixed teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global environments with evolving priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting or working within a channel sales or partner enablement function
  • Familiarity with Autodesk solutions or the design & make industries
  • Experience with enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Seismic, LMS, CRM)

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $140,400 and $227,150. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
