We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and business-minded Enablement Business Partner – Global Channel to serve as the key bridge between Autodesk’s Global Channel Sales organization and the Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME) team. In this role, you will align enablement efforts to the core priorities of our global channel ecosystem, ensuring our partners are equipped, empowered, and engaged in driving mutual growth.
This individual will be responsible for fostering strong cross-functional alignment, clarifying roles and responsibilities across internal and partner-facing teams, and ensuring partners understand the value of doing business with Autodesk—across solutions, programs, and strategic motions.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Global Channel Sales strategy, key initiatives, and partner segments to ensure GTME enablement efforts are aligned and prioritized accordingly
Act as the primary liaison between GTME and Global Channel Sales, building strong relationships with Channel Leadership, Partner Programs, Sales Operations, and Partner Marketing to ensure enablement programs are relevant and actionable
Partner with GTME stakeholders to define and align on roles and responsibilities between Autodesk and channel teams, helping to eliminate duplication, clarify ownership, and streamline execution
Support the development and enablement of content and messaging that helps partners understand Autodesk’s differentiated value proposition, strategic direction, and how to grow with Autodesk
Serve as the voice of the partner-facing field within GTME by gathering ongoing feedback, surfacing enablement gaps, and influencing GTME roadmaps based on partner needs and field insights
Ensure new initiatives (e.g., sales plays, solution launches, platform transformations) are effectively landed with and through our partners—providing guidance on timing, format, and delivery for maximum impact
You’ll be part of a passionate, high-impact GTM Enablement team working at the intersection of strategy, learning, and business performance. This is your opportunity to shape how we engage our partners globally and ensure that every partner interaction with Autodesk is purposeful, aligned, and productive.
