Department Overview

The Business Radio Strategy and Planning team is responsible for the portfolio strategy and the go to market deliverables for the products and solutions we sell globally. This includes portfolio strategy and actions to 1) Strengthen and grow the core, 2) Expand into adjacent opportunities and 3) Drive strategic growth. In line with these key strategic thrusts we are organized into 5 main focus areas that align closely with sales and engineering teams as well as other product teams including systems, infrastructure, and accessories.

Job Description

  • Researches and identifies potential new products or service trends and evaluates their potential for success in the targeted marketplace.
  • Interprets customer needs into new features and new product offerings through collaboration with product marketing, sales, engineering, finance, and other relevant departments.
  • Develops product planning direction and prioritizes the new product roadmap.

Target Base Salary Range: $98,100 - $196,200 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
