At Capgemini Engineering, we are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Developer with 9 to 12 years of experience. The role involves working with Blue Yonder WMS 2020+ and performing integration development. Key responsibilities include technical knowledge of Windows/AIX/Linux, programming in MOCA, Batch, ksh, csh, Perl, VB, and C languages. Candidates should have strong functional knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS, understanding of supply chain and distribution concepts, and experience in warehouse management processes. The role also requires leadership skills in managing teams and resolving production issues.

Must Have

• 7+ years of technical experience with Blue Yonder WMS 2020+
• Proficiency in Blue Yonder MOCA, Batch, ksh, csh, Perl, VB, C languages
• Basic knowledge of Windows, AIX, Linux
• Intermediate to advanced competency in supply chain concepts
• Intimate working knowledge of warehouse management processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management)
• Ability to perform integration development
• Ability to dig and complete root cause analysis
• 3-5 years of leadership experience, including managing assignments and leading meetings
