This internship offers an opportunity to explore treasury operations in an international company, supporting the treasury team in daily tasks and projects. The role involves preparing journal entries, assisting with month-end financial reporting, supporting financial analysis related to risk management, and participating in process improvement projects.   • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business administration (finance or accounting) or related field with 2 internships completed
Must Have:
  • Prepare journal entries related to daily treasury operations
  • Assist in month end financial reporting
  • Support the team with financial analysis related to risk management
  • Participate in process improvement projects
  • Working towards a degree in accounting or finance
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fluent in French, written and spoken
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP)

Joining our treasury team is an excellent opportunity to be exposed to the practical aspects of cash management and financial risk management, corporate financing, and treasury operations. Are you ready to:

  • Prepare journal entries related to daily treasury operations
  • Assist in month end financial reporting
  • Support the team with financial analysis related to risk management
  • Participate in process improvement projects

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Working towards a degree in accounting or finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Is fluent in French and English, written and spoken

Preferred Education

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business administration (finance or accounting) or related field with 2 internships completed

Location of the internship is in Saint-Laurent.

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

\*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 12 weeks.
