Job Description

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Account Executive, Inside Sales with Italian language proficiency. This role involves selling Video Security and Access control products and solutions through a consultative selling approach, driving sales in a defined territory to achieve revenue targets. The executive will coordinate and lead webinars, qualify leads in Salesforce.com and other databases, and manage all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management. The goal is to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives. The company emphasizes a people-first and community-focused culture.

Inside Sales is a vital part of each regional sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business.


Job Description

  • Sell Video Security and Access control products and solutions through a consultative selling approach. 

  • Drive sales in a defined territory to achieve revenue targets. 

  • Coordinate, promote and lead webinars in your assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Manager. 

  • Qualify all existing leads in Salesforce.com and all the lead databases and resources set forth by the Inside Sales Manager that may be generated from sales, tradeshows', tele-sales, marketing, referrals, partners, website, consultants, and call campaigns. 

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory. 

  • Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations and account management)

  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads


Basic Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience within an Inside Sales organization 

  • Required native or fluent English and Italian languages, both spoken & written

  • Preferred experience with technology sales, cold calling, and webinars

  • Preferred Salesforce and Outreach experience.

  • Based in Lisbon, Portugal
