Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of the accounting and tax books of a company belonging to an international capital group.
- Managing a team of accountants.
- Supervision and management of monthly/annual reporting of the company's results according to the group's financial reporting rules and IFRS.
- Ensuring appropriate flow of accounting information and documents.
- Active participation in implementing the capital group's financial policy.
- Cooperation with the capital group's management and the head of the IAS reporting team on key issues.
Required Competencies
- At least 4 years in a Chief Accountant position.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Experience working in a capital group (experience with stock exchange reporting is a plus).
- Experience with the following issues:
- Taxes and public law levies: CIT / VAT / PFRON, ZFŚS, WHT, deferred tax
- Tax, public law, and other declarations, particularly concerning: CIT / VAT / VATUE, TPR, ORD-U, CBC, IFT-1
- JPK, knowledge of KSEF
- Import of services
- Accounting for long-term projects.
- Time flexibility – work in a non-standard working time mode (necessity to report every month within 5 calendar days of the new month).
- Experience in managing a team of employees.
- Knowledge of IFRS (not required – a plus).
