Job Description

QLOC collaborates with major studios and publishers in the video game industry, offering development, art, testing, and localization services. We are seeking a Personnel Specialist to join our HR and payroll team. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, preparing employment documentation, monitoring employee matters, creating reports, and supporting payroll processes. The role requires at least 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of labor law.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of Wapro GANG HR and payroll software will be a great asset
  • Knowledge of Płatnik is welcome
Must Have:
  • Maintain employee personal files and archives
  • Prepare documentation related to employment, course, and termination of employment relationships
  • Monitor employee matters (medical examinations, vacation days, OHS training, etc.), update and archive personal files in accordance with labor law regulations
  • Create internal statements and reports
  • Support us in other HR processes, especially during payroll calculation periods
  • Prepare, complete, and update documentation for civil law contracts (mandate contracts)
  • Enter data into the HR and payroll system
  • Monitor the validity of student and pupil IDs for civil law contracts
  • Issue legally required documents and certificates for former and current employees and contractors
  • Collaborate with the HR team

You will:

  • Maintain employee personal files and archives
  • Prepare documentation related to employment, course, and termination of employment relationships

Our requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar scope of duties
  • Communicative English proficiency (B2) - necessary due to English-speaking employees.
  • Native Polish proficiency
  • Practical knowledge of labor law and other regulations related to employment based on employment contracts and civil law contracts
  • Proficiency in computer operation, MS Office (especially Excel and Word), knowledge of HR and payroll software
  • Stress resistance and ability to work under time pressure
  • Effectiveness in action, reliability, meticulousness, and independence in making decisions regarding duties
  • Ability to prioritize actions considering the dynamics of the situation at different times of the month
  • Openness to solving colleagues' problems
  • Positive attitude and communicativeness

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Płatnik is welcome
