Must Have

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, Cost Engineering, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in leading teams
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Job summary:

The role is responsible for overseeing advanced product development lifecycle management (PDLM) subprojects, refining production-related requirements, updating quality control plans, operating as a subject matter expert, identifying process enhancements, guiding Capex optimization, and designing factory infrastructure.

Your role:

  • Lead advanced Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) subprojects, ensuring seamless coordination from development through launch.
  • Refine and align manufacturing requirements in PDLM to enable efficient transitions from design to production.
  • Finalize quality control plans and work instructions, maintaining strict compliance with all standards and policies.
  • Oversee installation of complex equipment and support ramp-up phases, ensuring integration and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Provide final factory input at key project milestones, focusing on quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, design implementation roadmaps, and monitor performance after project handover.
  • Apply leaning manufacturing principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff on Capex optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Design factory layouts for optimal workflow and productivity and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure continuous improvement.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, Cost Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leading teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
