Job Summary

The Engineering/Fire Protection Specialist will be responsible for independently completing cost consulting tasks, including engineering quantity calculation, data summary, and soft decoration material selection. Key duties involve managing demand communication, design changes, and approval processes, as well as maintaining quality records. The role also covers property energy consumption management, IFM facility operations, and implementing maintenance plans to ensure smooth facility functioning and cost reduction. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering cost or a related field with at least 2 years of experience, possessing strong knowledge of decoration, cost processes, and communication skills.

Must Have

  • Independently complete various cost consulting tasks assigned by the department
  • Responsible for engineering quantity calculation and analysis, data summary, soft decoration surface selection, and standard formulation
  • Responsible for demand communication, design changes, approval, and establishing change documents
  • Responsible for the synchronous formation, deposit, and transfer of all quality records and technical disclosure documents for projects
  • Responsible for property energy consumption management, calculation, and daily operation management of IFM integrated facilities in existing workplaces, ensuring normal operation of facilities
  • Formulate and implement facility maintenance plans, prevent facility failures, and reduce operating costs
  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering cost or decoration-related fields
  • 2+ years of relevant industry work experience
  • Familiar with professional theoretical knowledge of fine decoration, proficient in cost processes and specifications, familiar with decoration materials, processes, and quality standards
  • Ability to independently complete professional installation budget, bill of quantities, tender control price preparation and review, settlement review, and on-site cost control for large projects
  • Good cross-departmental, cross-business system communication skills

  • Experience in civil engineering cost preferred

Job Requirements
