Job Summary

The Reliability Specialist will collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to perform reliability activities on products, including testing, writing protocols and reports, and contributing to risk analyses. The role involves life analysis, block diagrams, reliability demonstration testing, ALT/HALT/HASS, and durability testing. Cross-functional work with Design Quality, Systems Engineering, V&V, Hardware, and Software Design is required, along with assisting in problem identification, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Must Have

  • Work collaboratively with senior reliability engineers to perform reliability activities on products.
  • Work collaboratively with reliability technicians to execute reliability testing.
  • Write test protocols and reports using Good Documentation Practices.
  • Contribute to risk analyses (FMEAs, FTA, etc.).
  • Perform reliability activities, including life analysis, block diagrams, reliability demonstration testing, ALT / HALT / HASS, durability testing, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with Design Quality, Systems Engineering, V&V, Hardware Design, and Software Design to perform necessary tasks.

  • Master's degree in Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering with expertise in statistics, engineering, 6Sigma.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience.
