Key duties include full lifecycle management of soft service suppliers (cleaning, greenery, pest control), property customer service, event logistics, budget and contract management, and space resource planning. The role requires strong coordination, problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented approach to enhance employee experience.

Must Have

Job Description

1. Develop and implement comprehensive management department rules, regulations, and work processes, optimize departmental functions and resource allocation, and ensure efficient departmental operation.

2. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of all soft service suppliers (e.g., cleaning, greenery, pest control), including access, assessment, and optimization; optimize and implement quality improvement, risk control, and performance incentive systems.

3. Manage property customer service modules, establish feedback channels, provide meeting support, and organize large-scale events and logistics support.

4. Responsible for developing departmental budget and contract management standards, with basic financial analysis and judgment capabilities.

5. Lead space resource planning and management, capable of reasonably allocating space resources, planning workstations, and independently producing reports.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, in Administrative Management, Business Administration, Safety Engineering, or related majors.

2. 3-5 years of experience in large internet workplace operations and office building management.

3. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, able to efficiently link internal and external resources.

4. Service-oriented, sensitive to improving employee experience, with good communication, expression, stress resistance, and strict attention to detail.

5. Proficient in office software such as Excel and PPT, capable of independently producing data analysis reports.
