Must Have

1. Manage soft service suppliers such as cleaning, landscaping, and security, supervising their service quality and execution standards.

2. Collaborate to support daily floor operations, including reception, tea service, and environment maintenance, ensuring a good office experience for employees.

3. Liaise with major property management for public area maintenance, energy consumption management, and emergency handling.

4. Regularly collect employee feedback on the environment and services, promote optimization measures, and improve workplace satisfaction.

5. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of soft service contracts, including performance tracking, renewal, and supplier performance evaluation.

6. Summarize and analyze energy consumption data for water, electricity, air conditioning, etc., and propose energy-saving suggestions and optimization plans.

7. Organize monthly service quality inspections, form a closed loop for problem rectification, and continuously improve service quality.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in administration, property management, or related majors, with more than 2 years of relevant work experience.

2. Possess good communication and coordination skills, emergency handling ability, and data analysis awareness.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, strong service awareness, and teamwork spirit.

4. Proficient in Office software and possess basic data statistics and analysis capabilities.
