We are seeking a talented individual to join our ASO team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS) in Kuala Lumpur. This hybrid role involves handling customer inquiries and providing assistance in Employee Benefits Claims, including resolving complaints and escalations. The specialist will be responsible for claims registration, processing, adjudication, settlement computation, and diligent follow-up on unsettled claims. They will also provide quality customer service via phone and email, manage claims status, disputes, and account management tasks, ensuring efficient problem resolution and adherence to SOPs and SLAs.
Must have:
  • Registration, Processing and Adjudication of claims within turnaround time.
  • Compute claims settlement and verify reimbursements.
  • Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims.
  • Provide quality customer service to clients over phone call or email.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Manage claims status, claims dispute, enrolment process, program details and all account management tasks.
  • Handle email correspondences and liaise with internal & external clients.
  • Resolve client’s enquiries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
  • Ensure final outputs are of good quality and consistent with Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreement.
  • Good work ethics with high level of integrity.
  • Detailed oriented, compliant and process driven.

Job Details

We are seeking a talented individual to join our ASO team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

  • Hong Kong ASO (Administrative Services Only) handling customer inquiries and providing assistance in Employee Benefits Claims line.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalations: The contact centre team addresses customer complaints, investigates issues, and works towards resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.

We will count on you to:

  • Registration, Processing and Adjudication of claims within turnaround time.
  • Compute claims settlement and verify reimbursements from members / panel providers are correct.
  • Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with members and/or outstanding information from clients / panel providers.
  • Provide quality customer service to clients over phone call or email
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • To manage claims status, claims dispute, enrolment process, program details and all account management tasks
  • Handling email correspondences, and liaise with internal & external clients in positive manner for effective problem resolution to ensure smooth running of all daily operation matters
  • Resolve client’s enquiries efficiently and escalate problems / issues promptly
  • Ensure final outputs (calls, emails or tasks) are of good quality and consistent with the Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreement assigned

What you need to have:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree preferably of any field
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in Claims Operation for Medical / Employee Benefits policies
  • Good work ethics with high level of integrity, detailed oriented, compliant and process driven
