As an IT Product Management Specialist at Marsh, you will be responsible for leading support of the applications and technology utilized by the Legal Innovations & Technology (LIT) corporate group within the Corporate Information Solutions IT team. The LIT group is a global team primarily responsible for management of Marsh McLennan businesses legal holds and eDiscovery needs. This role involves full technical ownership of SaaS applications, vendor and system management, technical onboarding, training material development, documentation, and assisting in testing for legal applications.
Must have:
  • Responsible for full technical ownership of all SaaS applications used by the LIT team.
  • Providing day-to-day vendor and system management for applications including management of upgrades, troubleshooting of bugs, functionality changes, level 2 user support, security, and access management.
  • Responsible for management of all technical onboarding of new applications.
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate training materials; create supplemental materials when necessary.
  • Maintain an end-to-end view of technology processes.
  • Ensure product documentation including user guides and product information are maintained and up to date.
  • Assist in unit testing and performance testing for future modernization of legal applications.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions, deliver informative, well-organized presentations.

IT Product Management Specialist

We are seeking an IT Product Management Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an IT Product Management Specialist at Marsh, you will be responsible for leading support of the applications and technology utilized by the Legal Innovations & Technology (LIT) corporate group within the Corporate Information Solutions IT team. The LIT group is a global team primarily responsible for management of Marsh McLennan businesses legal holds and eDiscovery needs.

We will count on you to:

  • Responsible for full technical ownership of all SaaS applications used by the LIT team. This includes but is not limited to the legal hold application, eDiscovery tools, research tools and other tools in pilot phases.
  • Providing day-to-day vendor and system management for applications including management of upgrades, troubleshooting of bugs, functionality changes, level 2 user support, security, and access management.
  • Responsible for management of all technical onboarding of new applications
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate training materials; create supplemental materials when necessary
  • maintain an end-to-end view of technology processes. Ensure product documentation including user guides and product information are maintained and up to date.
  • Assist in unit testing and performance testing for future modernization of legal applications.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions, deliver informative, well-organized presentations.

What you need to have:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a full-time support analyst in a technical team.
  • Knowledge and experience with technology used in corporate legal departments is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, research and information gathering skills – able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to accurately identify and document the issues.
  • Results oriented – strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance.
  • Advanced Level of English is a Must
