We are seeking a talented individual to join our team. This hybrid role supports the development, strategy, and growth of property products by leveraging analytical and communication skills. You will drive informed decision-making, influence stakeholders, and innovate solutions. The position offers ongoing career development through hands-on training and encourages ownership and continuous growth. This role requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Must have:
  • Complete product reviews and propose product changes that require an in depth understanding and analysis of market trends, market needs, and competitive position.
  • Become a subject matter expert on your assigned lines of business
  • Develop key internal and external relationships that allow you to identify and propose solutions for customer’s top pain points and needs.
  • Develop knowledge of key data sources and processes to identify product/pricing problems to solve by collecting and analyzing internal and external intel/insights.

Job Details

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at ICAT. This role will be based in Broomfield, Colorado. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role will support the development, strategy, and growth of ICAT’s property products by leveraging your analytical and communication skills to drive informed decision-making and influence stakeholders. You will be challenged to innovate, disrupt norms, and implement solutions, with ongoing career development through hands-on training and a plan that encourages ownership and continuous growth.

We will count on you to:

  • Complete product reviews and propose product changes that require an in depth understanding and analysis of market trends, market needs, and competitive position.
  • Become a subject matter expert on your assigned lines of business
  • Develop key internal and external relationships that allow you to identify and propose solutions for customer’s top pain points and needs.
  • Develop knowledge of key data sources and processes to identify product/pricing problems to solve by collecting and analyzing internal and external intel/insights.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication/relationship building skills
  • High attention to detail, creativity, intellectual curiosity, strong time management skills, and a strategic mindset

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,300 to $128,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
