Job Description

As a Client Manager at Honor, you will be central to building the future of care for older adults. You'll create high-quality experiences for clients and families, managing their care journey from onboarding to ongoing service. This remote role involves balancing personalized service with operational demands, collaborating with support and staffing teams, and managing partner relationships to ensure consistent, compassionate, and reliable care. You will be the primary point of contact for a panel of clients, guiding them through their care journey and ensuring their satisfaction.
