As a liaison between Interactive Brokers' retail and professional clients, the IBKR Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving IBKR clients, including retail clients, financial advisors, hedge fund operators, and other broker-dealers. We aim to build and maintain long-term client relationships, provide access to desired markets, and improve client retention as we expand our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities

Routine management and focus on a wide range of client issues, including responding to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and online chat, and achieving mutually satisfactory solutions while adhering to policies, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

  • University graduate (Bachelor's degree)
  • Native Japanese, business level English (oral and written)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good understanding of financial markets (desirable but not essential)
