The Consultant, Client Success role is a client-facing, individual contributor focused on Commercial & Money Movement Solutions, supporting a portfolio of Visa clients. Key responsibilities include partnering with Account Team members to optimize client performance, participating in client advisory engagements to enable new capabilities and drive product adoption, and collaborating with senior Client Success Managers to maximize client benefits from Visa products. This is a hybrid position.

Job Description

The Consultant, Client Success is a client-facing, individual contributor role focused on Commercial & Money Movement Solutions—including Visa Direct, Visa Commercial Solutions, and Visa Government Solutions. This position serves as a subject matter expert, accountable for supporting a portfolio of Visa clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Team members across Client Services, Sales, and Product to optimize client performance in alignment with Visa’s business objectives, as outlined in Sales Account Plans and Client Success Plans.
  • Participate in client advisory engagements to enable new capabilities, support geographic expansion, and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with senior Client Success Managers to ensure clients maximize benefits realization and value from Visa products.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
