Job Description

As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Lytx, you will be the primary contact for clients, guiding them from deployment through renewal. You will manage a diverse portfolio, understanding client business and safety objectives to craft effective program solutions. Responsibilities include educating clients on best practices, focusing on change management, and driving user adoption. Your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships, helping clients implement Lytx products across their fleets to enhance roadway safety.

Must Have:
  • Develop and execute customized Program Management Plans
  • Build positive client relationships and engagement
  • Act as a subject matter expert on change management, communication, risk management, and coaching
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for installations, training, and support
  • Create and deliver web-based training and best practice presentations
  • Present data analytics and financial metrics to executive-level clients
  • Serve as a point of escalation for client issues
  • 3-5 years’ experience in account management in commercial products or SaaS
  • Strong client support and problem resolution skills
  • Expert skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to effectively present to executive-level clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to learn products quickly
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects

As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you'll serve as the main point of contact for Lytx clients throughout the client lifecycle, from deployment through renewal. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts and partner with each client to understand their business and safety objectives. Thereafter, you'll be responsible for crafting an outstanding program solution that best meets our client needs. Lastly, you'll educate the client on best practices, as well as focus on change management and user adoption. You'll get to:

  • Develop and execute a customized Program Management Plan to meet Clients’ safety program objectives
  • Build positive relationships resulting in high levels of client engagement with assigned accounts
  • Act as a subject matter expert and consult on topics including change management, communication strategy, risk management, coaching techniques, and more
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of installations, training, and customer support
  • Create and deliver effective web-based training and best practice presentations
  • Present data analytics highlighting program performance and financial metrics to executive-level clients
  • Serve as a point of escalation for Client issues
  • Assist in managing or leading special projects as needed

What you'll need:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in an account management role within a fast-paced, commercial products or SaaS environment
  • Strong client support and problem resolution skills
  • Aptitude for numbers and expert skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to effectively present key performance metrics to executive-level clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Strong technical acumen; ability to learn technical products quickly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects
  • Experience with managed services, trucking, and the fleet industry is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel 10-15%

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$69,500.00 - $88,500.00
