We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager for a hybrid role based in Plainfield, Indiana. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering key infrastructure projects, primarily focused on pole replacements within the Southern Indiana service area. Projects are characterized by accelerated timelines and moderate complexity. You may manage projects independently or under the direction of a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or Program Manager. From planning to execution, you will ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality, environmental and safety standards, communications, security, and integration are successfully met.

Must Have:
  • Assemble and lead project teams, providing direction and oversight to internal and external partners involved in development, engineering, project controls, and construction management.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels among all stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure transparent reporting of project status to management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
  • Drive the planning process, including scope definition, estimating, scheduling, and procurement strategies.
  • Execute projects within defined scope, cost, and schedule limits.
  • Manage objectives, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, risk management, and project closeout.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Certified Associate of Project Management (preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (preferred).
  • Configuration Management II Professional (CM2-P) (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional certification (preferred).

*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
