Job Description

Onward Search is seeking an Advertising & Media Coordinator for a leading entertainment and media client. This role involves supporting the execution of media deliverables for brand and show marketing campaigns. The coordinator will coordinate and traffic marketing materials, review assets for quality, support digital agency management, vet media partners, compile coverage lists, assist in developing marketing briefs, and maintain campaign files. This is a one-month hybrid contract opportunity in Los Angeles and Burbank, California.
Good To Have:
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience in marketing, media, or advertising within the entertainment industry.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate and traffic marketing materials for brand and show campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Review and proofread marketing assets to maintain quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Support digital agency management by scheduling briefings, setting timelines, and reviewing creative proposals.
  • Vet targeting and digital media partners to align with campaign objectives.
  • Compile URL lists of positive coverage, assess site lists and talent for prior show coverage, and evaluate tone and fit.
  • Assist in developing marketing briefs and strategies; gather research and competitive insights.
  • Organize, document, and maintain campaign files, vendor resources, and new business proposal materials.
  • Streamline workflows and communication across teams to ensure efficient project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ year of project coordination experience in marketing, media, or advertising within the entertainment industry.
  • Experience supporting a paid media planning team in streaming, entertainment, or studio environments.
  • Familiarity with operational tasks such as quality control (QC) of video or digital assets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise direction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented team player with a solutions-driven mindset.
