Job Summary
We are seeking a Project/Traffic Manager for an American pharmaceutical company. This role involves joining the Project Management Team to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget, actively mitigating risks and removing roadblocks. Key responsibilities include interacting with Creative and Account Team Members, identifying and solving risks, anticipating bottlenecks, scheduling status meetings, managing job orders, timelines, fee estimates, and daily/weekly status reports.
Must Have
- Ensure projects follow the agency project lifecycle, staying on time and on budget while mitigating risk and removing roadblocks.
- Interact with Creative and Account Team Members to ensure all deliverables are where they are needed on a daily basis.
- Identify risk and provide solutions to the Team.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, as well as any deviance from original schedule, throughout the workflow process and communicate those issues to Team Members.
- Schedule Status Meetings, open new Job Orders, create and maintain Timelines, develop Internal Fee Estimates, manage the Daily/Weekly Status Report.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Advertising agency experience.
- Knowledge of graphic design and advertising print production techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Workfront, ProofHQ, MS Project and Advantage Software Systems.

- The role is located in Irvine California and is hybrid onsite.
