Project/Traffic Manager

We’re looking to hire a Project/Traffic Manager for our client who is an American pharmaceutical company.

You’ll join the Project Management Team to ensure projects stay on time and on budget while mitigating risk and removing roadblocks.

• This is a12 month + opportunity.
• The role is located in Irvine California and is hybrid onsite.

Responsibilities:

• The role of a Project/Traffic Manager is to ensure that projects follow the agency project lifecycle while staying on time and on budget while mitigating risk and removing roadblocks.
• Interact with Creative and Account Team Members to ensure all deliverables are where they are needed on a daily basis.
• Identify risk and provide solutions to the Team. Anticipate bottlenecks, as well as any deviance from original schedule, throughout the workflow process and communicate those issues to Team Members.
• Schedules Status Meetings, open new Job Orders, create and maintains Timelines, develop Internal Fee Estimates, manage the Daily/Weekly Status Report.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advertising agency experience
• Knowledge of graphic design and advertising print production techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Workfront, ProofHQ, MS Project and Advantage Software Systems.
