Job Summary
In this role, you will craft and develop brand identities, packaging systems, and communication assets for Henkel's inhouse brands. Based in Bratislava, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful, consistent design supporting global marketing objectives. Responsibilities include creating high-quality brand materials, developing scalable brand toolkits, adapting systems into campaign assets, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth delivery. Candidates need at least 3 years of experience in brand and packaging design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Must Have
- Craft and develop brand identities, packaging systems, and communication assets.
- Create high-quality brand, packaging, and communication materials from concept to execution.
- Develop scalable brand toolkits and packaging architectures.
- Adapt brand systems into campaign assets (key visuals, POS/BTL, OOH, sales collaterals).
- Collaborate with Artwork/Pre-press, 3D/Motion, Content, and Marketing teams.
- Present ideas confidently, gather feedback, and manage design process.
- At least 3 years of experience with brand and packaging design, preferably in FMCG.
- A strong portfolio showcasing strategic brand systems, packaging hierarchy, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Solid understanding of print production requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to translate marketing goals into strategic design solutions.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative, practiced at leading reviews, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Fluent in English.

Your role

Based in Bratislava, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful, consistent design that supports global marketing objectives and to:
- Create high-quality brand, packaging, and communication materials, from concept to execution.
- Develop scalable brand toolkits and packaging architectures (range logic, variants, hierarchy).
- Adapt brand systems into campaign assets such as key visuals, POS/BTL materials, OOH, and sales collaterals.
- Collaborate with Artwork/Pre-press, 3D/Motion, Content, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Present ideas confidently, gather feedback, and manage design process while maintaining brand alignment.
Your skills
- At least 3 years of experience with brand and packaging design, preferably in FMCG.
- A strong portfolio showcasing strategic brand systems, packaging hierarchy, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Figma is a plus.
