Attio is seeking a Creator Partnerships Lead to join its Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This role is pivotal in scaling the company's brand and growth through community engagement. The Creator Partnerships Lead will be responsible for building and managing the creator program, overseeing organic social content, and strategizing for events. Key responsibilities include scaling the social presence, crafting compelling narratives, executing integrated campaigns, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in influencer marketing, events, and social media, with proven success in scaling community programs at brand-focused companies.

We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Lead to lead our creator program, focusing on content creators, organic social, and events, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This role is critical to scaling Attio’s brand and growth through our community.

What you'll do

  • Build, grow, and manage our creator program and social content partnerships

  • Manage and scale our social presence, helping to craft compelling narratives and engagement strategies that amplify brand awareness and customer loyalty

  • Assist in planning, executing, and measuring success of integrated campaigns that connect brand investments with social and creator

  • Hire, lead, and mentor team members ensuring high-quality execution of programs and campaigns

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in influencer marketing, events, and socials

  • Proven success scaling community programs at brand and design-first companies

  • Excellent communication abilities with experience adapting campaigns to different audiences and channels

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a brand and design-first company

  • Deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing, with a track record of building and growing brands’ engaged audiences

  • Brand-focused mindset with a focus on content quality, narratives, and partnerships strategy
