Job Summary
Logifuture is seeking a CRM Specialist to join its Marketing team in Malta. The role involves developing and executing annual marketing plans, optimizing the marketing calendar, and coordinating CRM campaigns to drive segment growth. The specialist will also develop VIP retention and reactivation strategies, analyze campaign performance, and provide operational support to the CRM team, ensuring compliance and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Must Have
- Develop and execute annual marketing plan to drive core business KPI’s
- Coordinate and execute Marketing campaigns via CRM tools
- Ensure all CRM, promotional content/messaging are compliant
- Develop tailored VIP Retention and Reactivation marketing strategies
- Utilize data analysis to measure and report on campaign performance
- Provide operational support to CRM team
- Liaise with key Stakeholders for execution of CRM Campaigns
- Proven CRM experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
- Experience in the gaming industry
- High Level of English - written communication and grammar, listening and verbal skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships quickly
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer centric environment

We are looking for a CRM Specialist, to join our Marketing team in Malta. Selected candidate will work closely with the CRM and VIP team, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity and precision, a can-do attitude and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Help to develop and execute an annual marketing plan to drive core business KPI’s.
- Contribute to the optimization of the existing Marketing calendar.
- Coordinate and execute Marketing campaigns via CRM tools to reinforce the growth of our segments.
- Ensure all CRM, promotional content/messaging are compliant and that industry standards are enforced.
- Develop tailored VIP Retention and Reactivation marketing strategies to ensure a profitable customer journey and drive player engagement and VIP revenue growth.
- Utilize data analysis to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Provide operational support to CRM team, including campaign analysis, reports and any day-to-day tasks.
- Liaise with key Stakeholders including Design, CRM and Content teams for execution of CRM Campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven CRM experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
- Experience with Optimove will be considered an asset
- Experience in the gaming industry
- A keen interest for sports betting, casino and understanding of betting clients.
- High Level of English - written communication and grammar, listening and verbal skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships quickly
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer centric environment
