Job Description

Moonshot AI is seeking a data-driven CRO Strategist to lead conversion rate optimization for direct-to-consumer e-commerce clients. This role involves owning the strategy and execution of high-impact testing programs to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, while also fostering strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Must Have:
  • Lead CRO strategy and execution for multiple DTC e-commerce accounts.
  • Design and implement experimentation programs including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Establish KPIs and create testing roadmaps for advertising and websites.
  • Serve as strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance on CRO methodologies.
  • Build and maintain a strong testing pipeline.
  • 3+ years of CRO experience with DTC e-commerce brands.
  • Strong client-facing skills and track record of managing complex relationships.
  • Expert knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Google Optimize).
  • Proficiency with analytics (GA4) and research tools (Hotjar, Fullstory, Crazy Egg, Clarity).
  • Strong analytical skills to identify friction points and translate data into insights.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, consumer psychology, and UX/UI principles.

The role

We're seeking a data-driven CRO Strategist to lead conversion rate optimization for our direct-to-consumer e-commerce clients. You'll own the strategy and execution of high-impact testing programs that drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, while ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead CRO strategy and execution for multiple DTC e-commerce accounts, from audits and roadmaps to A/B testing and reporting
  • Design and implement experimentation programs including A/B and multivariate testing, analyzing user behavior to identify optimization opportunities
  • Establish KPIs and create testing roadmaps for advertising (campaigns, landing pages) and websites (UX, checkout, conversion flows)
  • Serve as strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance on CRO methodologies and communicating results clearly to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a strong testing pipeline that continuously answers the needs of clients and their customers

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of CRO experience with DTC e-commerce brands, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong client-facing skills with proven track record of managing complex relationships and delivering measurable conversion improvements
  • Expert knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies, statistical validity, and experimentation best practices
  • Proficiency with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Google Optimize), analytics (GA4), and research tools (Hotjar, Fullstory, Crazy Egg, Clarity)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify friction points, translate data into actionable insights, and make sound recommendations
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, consumer psychology, and UX/UI principles that drive conversions
  • Results-oriented problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn't afraid to learn from failed tests
