Job Summary
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to users of a website platform through chat, email, and phone. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, offering guidance and solutions, and training users on platform features to maximize their website potential. The role also requires close collaboration with product and development teams to resolve complex technical problems and staying updated on new features to provide accurate support. Gathering user feedback for overall user experience improvement is also key.
Must Have
- Provide exceptional customer service to users via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot user issues with the platform, offering advice and solutions.
- Train users on platform features and help them make the most of their websites.
- Work closely with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.
- Collect and transmit user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
- High level of French (written and oral) and good level of English (B2).
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Comfortable with technology and have the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Experience with website builders or content management systems.

What you will do in this role

Your qualifications
