Customer Service Intern

To support this mission, Syngenta Vegetable Customer Service is looking for a Customer Service Intern in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires. This role will support order management and corresponding processes, as well as the generation of reports and KPIs. This is a 12-month internship.

Must Have

• Advanced student of Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration or related careers, with one year or more remaining in their studies.
• Generate purchase orders, upload and process invoices in the corresponding systems.
• Support coordination of order deliveries and distribution area (logistics and distribution).
• Generate reports and KPIs.
• Develop Customer Service process documentation.
• Interact cross-functionally with commercial and Supply Chain teams.
• Customer and results orientation.
• Proactivity and autonomy.

Good to Have

• Previous experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI.

Requirements

Essential for this position:

• Advanced student of Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration or related careers. Must have one year or more remaining in their studies.
• Intermediate English level.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Customer and results orientation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proactivity and autonomy.
• Teamwork.
• Adaptability to change.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
