Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you play a key role in helping our customers.

🎯 A day at Boulanger is:

  • Managing product flow. How? By receiving, organizing, and shelving products so that each item finds its place, while ensuring accurate and up-to-date stock through regular inventories.
  • Taking care of the sales area. How? By ensuring an impeccable and attractive presentation so that every customer finds what they are looking for easily, while ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the reserve.
  • Being there for customers. How? By answering their questions, accompanying them in the store, and delivering their products. Your smile and availability make all the difference!
  • Respecting procedures and safety rules. How? By applying good practices to guarantee a safe and pleasant environment for yourself, your colleagues, and customers.
