職務内容:

・カスタマーサポートチーム全体の品質アップを目的としたトレーニングプログラムの作成と実行。
 メンバーそれぞれのレベルに応じたトレーニングを設計し、また新人教育も含みます。
 会社としての目標品質はもちろん、業界の規範となるチームを目指します。
・チーム全体が会社のサービスやポリシーについて理解を深めるよう、他部門との連携を担当する。
・市場の状況に気を配り、時勢にあったポリシーやトレーニング内容のアップデートを行う。
・チーム全体の業務クオリティ、トレーニングの効果および評価、メンバーからのフィードバックに基づいてトレーニングプログラムを適宜アップデートする。

 

 

応募要件:

―必須要件―
・大学卒以上
・ゲーム業界でのカスタマーサービス教育業務の経験をお持ちの方
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語及び英語のスキルをお持ちの方

―歓迎要件―
・3年以上の関連業務経験をお持ちの方
・ビジネスレベルの中国語スキルのある方

・ゲーム業界の発展に興味があり、二次元文化やゲームが好きな方
・業務の改善や問題解決能力に自信のある方
