Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our IT Applications team, with a special focus on AI-related initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting enterprise applications and contributing to AI-driven projects that enhance business processes and user experiences. Key responsibilities include assisting in AI-powered feature development, data preparation for ML models, collaborating on AI integration, monitoring model performance, documenting workflows, and participating in user training. Learning objectives include exposure to real-world AI applications, cross-functional project experience, mentorship, portfolio building, and enhanced technical skills.
Must Have
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered features within enterprise applications.
- Support data preparation, cleaning, and labeling for machine learning models.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.
- Help monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and suggest improvements.
- Document workflows, model behavior, and application enhancements.
- Participate in user training and support for AI-enabled tools and platforms.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Able to commit to a 6 months, full-time internship.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Azure AI, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
