Job Description
The Deputy Manager - HR Internal Communications will be responsible for the execution of internal communications, employee engagement, and induction programs. This role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and involves utilizing intermediate-level Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and adaptable individual with strong communication skills (written and verbal), capable of generating and executing creative engagement ideas. Experience in Ops/Communications Ops/PR/Marketing is essential.

Internal Communications Ops
The position deals with the execution of internal communications, employee engagement (and induction), which requires coordination between internal and external stakeholders and basic excel skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level).Coordination skills - should be able to speak over the phone pleasantly.Energy & dedication; should be a go-getter, who can adapt amidst ambiguity.
Preferable
Communication skills: Good command over language - written and spoken both.A sense of design would be useful, while knowledge of photoshop would be a definite asset. Should be able to generate ideas and new concepts of engagement and also have great execution skills for these ideas.
Experience
3-4 years experience in Ops / Communication Ops / PR / Marketing
