Job Description

Develop and manage EC consumer plans to drive e-commerce business and asset growth. Develop and manage EC paid media/content planning and strategy through analytics and insight generation. Grow and optimize e-commerce in-site paid traffic to maximize purchases and support new product incubation while managing ROI efficiency. Manage EC in-site brand communication and NPD/customer campaigns, collaborating with brand/digital/media teams using strong hands-on experience, business acumen, and influence skills. Enhance e-commerce traffic/analytics intelligence and optimization, working with partners including media, digital, analytics, and data/innovation teams to produce and optimize media and content effectiveness, develop best practices, and provide guidance to sales and brand teams.

About the role


DY Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Develop EC Consumer plan, acquire, engage with consumers to drive EC business & consumer
assets growth.

Develop & Manage EC Paid media/content planning and strategy via analytics & insight
generation.

Grow & Optimize E-commerce in-site Paid Traffic to maximize purchase as well as help New
product incubation, and manage ROI efficiency.

Manage EC in-site brand communication and NPD/Customer campaign, well collaborate with
brand/digital/media team via strong hands on experiences, business acumen and influence skill.

E-commerce Traffic/Analytics Intelligence & optimization, co-work with ecommerce partners,
including media, digital & analytics team, Data/innovation team from DY, to produce &
optimize media & content effectiveness, develop best practice and provide guidance to Sales &
brand team.


Key responsibilities

DY Consumer TA Planning, Paid-Media strategy from category multi-brands level to Account
level, Be accountable for in-site integrated traffic planning for each EC Customers in monthly
base and real-time optimization in daily base, closely work w/ Sales team & EC Customer MKT
to track/improve in-site media tactics to ensure GMV target & ROI.

Produce, develop and Optimize EC in-site creative/communication angle/banner design for
dedicated consumer plan to maximize conversion

Work w/ Media Agency, DP & DY to co-create EC consumer targeting model via Data
bank/DMP/Strategy center for EC in-site precise targeting.

Work closely with marketing brand team & media, e-commerce sales, DP to define content
strategy/calendar/roadmap tailored for leading e-commerce platforms, drive in-site conversion
and maximize synergy

Help drive Innovation Incubation through tailor made consumer plan, Paid media strategy
collaborated with X-team.

Continuous A/B Test for business insights from targeting, creative, to activation.

Optimize the way of working; develop template/process for creative, efficient, effective content
generation, x-functional collaboration and KPI management.
