Job Description

As a Digital Performance Executive, you will drive subscription revenue growth for Australia's leading publishing brands. This role involves developing and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic, and defining audience strategies. You will also be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, performance reporting, and budget management, contributing significantly to the future of independent journalism.
Good To Have:
  • Experience working directly with audio or programmatic providers such as Spotify, LiSTNR
  • Experience across SA360, DV360
  • Experience or knowledge with CRM & marketing automation
Must Have:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention
  • Own the management and ongoing optimisation of paid media campaigns
  • Define and implement audience strategies to support commercial objectives
  • Conduct end-to-end management of digital performance campaigns
  • Setup, manage, and maintain performance dashboards and reporting
  • Manage the budget and all relevant financial reporting, including forecasting
  • Hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the digital customer journey, performance metrics, and best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Solid understanding of best practices across Paid Social and Google Ads
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset with an ability to create actionable strategic insights

What you'll bring:

  • Strong understanding of the digital customer journey, performance metrics, and best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Solid understanding of best practices across Paid Social and Google Ads.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset with an ability to create actionable strategic insights.
  • Experience working directly with audio or programmatic providers such as Spotify, LiSTNR is highly desirable, as is experience across SA360, DV360.
  • Experience or knowledge with CRM & marketing automation will be highly regarded.
