Job Description

Wolters Kluwer is looking for a Digital Sales Representative responsible for generating revenue based on an assigned target through phone/email contacts and/or digital channels. The role involves managing moderately complex accounts with a medium-complexity sales cycle, maintaining relationships with potential clients within a territory/market segment, and converting contacts into sales through intense lead management from the marketing function. The representative will assess client needs with a degree of autonomy to provide solutions, focusing on digital products.
Must have:
  • Qualify and prioritize sales leads and carry out sales actions.
  • Proactively identify sales campaigns and actions in addition to processing leads provided by marketing.
  • Develop and present complete sales quotes and proposals.
  • Interact with the supervisor to make the best commercial proposition to prospects, especially in highly complex cases.
  • Record, analyze, and report sales activities and trends within systems.
  • Maintain and update corporate CRM systems.

Wolters Kluwer, a leading player in software, editorial, and training fields, is looking for a Digital Sales Representative

Responsible for generating revenue based on an assigned target, through telephone/email contacts and/or digital channels. Responsible for moderately complex accounts with a medium-complexity sales cycle. Maintains relationships and contacts with potential clients within a territory/market segment, converting contacts into sales also thanks to the intense lead management activity carried out by the marketing function. Evaluates client needs using a certain degree of autonomy to provide solutions that best meet their needs, with a particular focus on digital products.

Key responsibilities

  • Qualify and prioritize sales leads and carry out sales actions.
  • Proactively identify sales campaigns and actions in addition to processing leads provided by marketing.
  • Develop and present complete sales quotes and proposals.
  • Interact with the supervisor to make the best commercial proposition to prospects, especially in highly complex cases.
  • Record, analyze, and report sales activities and trends within systems.
  • Maintain and update corporate CRM systems.
